What it the cost to register on this site?

Nothing. There are no registration fees for buyers or sellers.

How much does it cost for sellers to place listings?

Is this site secure?

Yes. Your transactions are protected by the latest encryption technology and all transaction are processed by Paypal. We never have access to your credit card information you input on this site as all credit card transactions are process using Paypal Pro Secure Gateway.

How do I find what I'm looking for?

You have several options:

  • We offer a "quick search" bar at the top of our pages for you to enter keywords and categories to search.
  • We offer an Advanced Search page for you to refine your search criteria.
  • If you already know what you are looking for you can browse the categories listed on the left side of the site's pages.

How Do I Place A Free Ad?

You must register first, then go into "my account" area and on the left column choose "new classified" and then follow the steps to complete your ad.

Can I save items to revisit later?

Yes. You can maintain your own "favorites" list within your account. Each listing on our site has an "add to favorites" link. Simply click that link and we will add that item to your favorites list.

How do I request a refund?

We do not offer refunds of any kind. All sales are final unless a technical problem causes your paid listing from showing on our site. If you have questions about charges on your creditcard please use the contact form and give us your username and the charges in queston so we can look up your account. For security reasons never send personal or credit card information through our contact form.

All all categories free to post?

No, we charge for pets only at the present time. All prices are in USD

How do buyers and sellers communicate with each other?

We provide buyers with the ability to contact the seller through a form that is accessible on each of the seller's listing pages. The seller will then be notified by email of the buyer's questions and the seller can either reply by email or log in to their account and reply through our onsite messaging system. The seller can choose to keep their email address anonymous. This protects you against email phishing and reduces spam to your email account.

Q) How do I change the currency next to the price in my ad?

A) Click on the USD sybol and a dropdown menu will appear where you can select the currencies we have available. Instead of listing a price in your ad you can also can select the following from the dropdown menu to replace the price:  Prices Vary, Will Trade, Trade + Cash, Negotiable, Free, Make Offer

A ) No, if you have a storefront subscription then all classified ads you place with your account will be posted to your storefront.
